As Senior Product Manager for Data & Insights, you’ll set the direction for how Atomi turns deep technical data work into a great user experience by providing insights that really matter for students, teachers, and schools.

You’ll work to understand the technical foundations of data platforms and pipelines while also being able to think about how insights are surfaced in dashboards, visualisations, and recommendations. This role will work to build Atomi's core data capabilities that power personalisation, content mapping, and learning insights at scale. Additionally, you can expect to use AI as one of the tools you draw on to make those insights sharper, faster, and more useful.

If you’ve worked on technical products like recommendation systems or data-driven platforms and have experience shaping everything from the pipelines that move information around to the dashboards that make it easy to understand and act on, this role will suit you.

What You'll Do

    • Lead the product vision & strategy through owning the roadmap for Atomi’s data and insights products, from ingestion pipelines through to end-user dashboards.
    • Design intuitive reporting and visualisation tools for schools and teachers.

    • Define how generative AI reshapes our approach to surfacing insights while improving speed, accuracy, and usability.
    • Partner with Engineering and AI to design scalable, reliable data pipelines and models.
    • Keep Atomi ahead by tracking innovation in data platforms, visualisation, and AI-driven insights while establishing success metrics for adoption, accuracy and insights delivered.
    • Use analytics, feedback, and industry trends to continuously refine the data and insights experience.

What You'll Bring to Atomi

    • 4+ years as a Product Manager ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or data-heavy platforms.
    • Skilled at building products for complex, data-driven workflows ensuring for both usability and scalability.
    • You’ve built reporting or analytics products and experience with recommendation systems, personalisation, or ML-driven insights.
    • A systems thinker who thrives on simplifying complexity.
    • Excited about generative AI and how it can enhance insight delivery.
    • Strong at turning research, user feedback, and quantitative data into product strategy and delivery.
