The opportunity

As part of our growth, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and help us build the Atomi brand across various touchpoints. We’re passionate about investing in great design because we know its impact on our company, our products and most importantly, our customers. So, if you’ve got hands-on experience in a creative digital or marketing design role with some amazing projects under your belt, we’d love to chat.

What you'll do

    • Work within the Atomi Brand Studio to roll out brand and marketing initiatives.
    • Design and produce creative interactive online content for marketing campaigns across multiple channels like social media, web and emails.
    • Design and produce brand collateral, like flyers, brochures and posters, for our go-to-market teams used in campaigns, events and conferences.
    • Create effective, engaging on-brand presentations for sales teams, webinars and conferences.
    • Support people and talent operations by crafting unique online social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
    • Ensure consistency in designs and content across all our social and digital platforms.
    • Adhere and contribute to our brand guidelines and become an Atomi brand champion.
    • Contribute to the Atomi design culture through continual improvement and open, honest feedback.

What you'll bring

    • Previous hands-on experience working in a creative digital or marketing-related design role where you can demonstrate your contributions to incredible brands.
    • A portfolio of digital design work to showcase experience and creativity, including social media advertising campaigns and effective presentations.
    • Deep understanding of design principles and exceptional visual design skills relating to layout, colour, typography, imagery and graphic organisers.
    • A fast-learning team player with exceptional organisational and technical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills to express ideas effectively, both verbally and visually, within a team environment.
    • Self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to navigate change and unknowns in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong knowledge of design tooling, including Adobe and Figma.
    • A keen interest in learning about accessible design practices.
