The opportunity
You'll be the go-to person for supporting various areas of our business, including School Partnerships, Accounts & Finance, and Customer Support. From handling customer inquiries and ensuring accurate invoicing to managing data integrity and assisting with system tests, your role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly!

What you’ll do

    • Be the first point of contact for customer account inquiries, helping with everything from billing to data integrity in our CRM systems.
    • Work closely with internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate invoicing, and pitch in with system testing to enhance implementation processes.
    • Support the School Partnerships Team with administrative duties, manage ad-hoc requests, and ensure documentation and data entry are meticulously handled.
    • Assist the Provisioning Team in improving system efficiency, handling technical requests, and providing backup to our Customer Support Team during busy times.
    • Maintain CRM data accuracy, conduct regular audits, and manage system health to support our marketing and communication efforts.

What you’ll bring to Atomi

    • Proven experience in systems administration, preferably in a shared services environment.
    • Familiarity with provisioning processes and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and a commitment to maintaining accurate data.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
