The opportunity

As a Customer Success Manager who’s passionate about improving education and great at building strong, trusted relationships, you’ll be the go-to person for schools using Atomi, helping them roll out the platform, embed it into their teaching and learning practices, and get real results for both students and teachers.

You’ll coach school leaders and teachers, lead workshops and training, track usage data to drive adoption, and feed insights back into our product and marketing teams. You’ll also help shape our broader customer success strategy and contribute to the education community through events, case studies and content.

This is a hands-on role based in NSW (Greater Sydney Metro area preferred), and requires regular travel to schools, so you’ll need your own transport and a valid driver’s licence. Experience working in or with the education sector and/or SaSS organisations is highly regarded.

At Atomi, we aim to move quickly and keep things transparent. Once you’re into the interview stage, we’ll make sure you get meaningful feedback and insights from the team. For this role, you can expect the process to look like this:
• Initial Screen w/ Atomi's People Team
• Interview Round 1: Role Fit and Culture Interview
• Interview Round 2: Technical Assessment (Role Play Exercise)
• Interview Round 3: Cross-functional Interview

What You'll Do

    • Lead school-wide onboarding and change management, helping teachers and execs confidently roll out and embed Atomi
    • Deliver engaging training and support -- from in-person workshops to webinars tailored to school needs
    • Build trusted relationships with school leaders, becoming their go-to for strategy, support and best practice
    • Use data and insights to drive adoption, solve problems early and ensure long-term success
    • Work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing to improve the customer experience and share impact stories

What You'll Bring to Atomi

    • Experience in customer success, expansion or account executive roles
    • Previous working experience in education and/or SaaS highly desired
    • Confidence presenting and running training sessions with a wide range of audience -- including senior school leaders and governing bodies
    • Strong relationship-building skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
    • Comfortable with data, CRM tools (like HubSpot) and working cross-functionally to improve outcomes
    • Based in NSW (Greater Sydney Metro preferred), with access to a car and able to travel as needed
    • A valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
