The opportunity
Lead a small team of content creators and visual designers as you bring PDHPE education to life for learners across Australia. In this pivotal role, you'll champion the creation of high-quality content, elevating our standards through meticulous training and review. Join us on this journey to make learning accessible and engaging for everyone, everywhere.
What you'll do
- Manage a team of content creators building PDHPE content for a global market.
- Set standards for high-quality content through training and review of your team’s work.
- Analyse international curricula and build content for new markets.
- Get your hands dirty by dealing with the data involved in tracking, managing and distributing our content across an international market.
- As a key member of our Content Operations team, you'll drive strategic initiatives and process enhancements, contributing to our mission of transforming educational experiences.
What you'll bring to Atomi
- You have an exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
- Experience managing and leading a team (e.g. running meetings, setting targets, giving feedback).
- You are a critical thinker and problem-solver who can think big, deal with conflicting priorities and manage resource constraints to hit ambitious team goals.
- You have an exceptional eye for quality and attention to detail in written and quantitative work.
- You have entry-level data analysis skills
- You are known for your strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You have a genuine passion for education - especially at the high school level!
