Summary:
As a key member of our Hardware Operations team you are reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the functional areas of WiFi Access Point supply chain logistics and inventory management. Working with cross functional teams across Adentro to support network engineering,technical support, pre and post sales engineering, and technical onboarding.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have a rich history of owning issues and, assisting with continual improvement initiatives pertaining to complex software systems. They also bring to the table strong organizational skills and a thirst for knowledge.

What You'll Do:

    • Establish strategic direction and goals for hardware operations, including growth management, cost, quality, delivery, and fulfillment
    • Inventory Management: Forecast demand and manage inventory costs and availability
    • Own relationships with distribution and manufacturer partners to maintain supply chain (Shipmonk, OpenMesh, Meraki, Boomtown, UPS, Fedex)
    • Ensure and optimize timely, cost effective delivery of hardware to customer
    • Manage logistics lifecycle of hardware (Purchasing, Fulfillment, Shipment, Return, Reverse Logistics, etc.)
    • Manage network infrastructure lifecycle including commissioning, firmware, hardware upgrades and decommissioning
    • Architect wireless technical solutions to meet the customers’ business requirements
    • Project management of enterprise network and hardware integration design and implementation
    • Manage Professional Services vendor and process (installs, site surveys, integrations, etc)
    • Manage technical onboarding program, support, and experience
    • Ensure network and hardware customer service level agreements are met
    • Develop and lead technical enablement training and onboarding program (e.g. help center articles)
    • Identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce cost related to functional areas
    • Maintain network and hardware operations documentation, including configuration data, change requests, installation procedures, diagrams, and test plans
    • Support Sales and Customer Success teams in pre/post sales lifecycle
    • You will support the work of our engineering teams in monitoring and troubleshooting network operations.

What You Have:

    • Must be a forward thinker in bringing best practices to WiFi network implementations
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing enterprise grade WiFi network operations
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
    • Advanced IT networking certification
    • Experience with industry leading WiFi network equipment: Cisco Meraki, Aruba,
    • Ruckus, OpenMesh, etc.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
    • Must possess interpersonal, analytical, organizational skills and great attention to detail in planning and documentation
    • Must be able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure, self-motivated and service-focused
    • Ability to travel 10% or more of the time

$100,000 - $125,000 a year
Salary range is $100,000-$125,000 per year + 15% annual bonus.
