We’re looking for Data Analyst to join our marketing team to help us take a data-driven approach to growth and marketing investment efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong quantitative and statistical background, solid data mining skills, a high sense of urgency, creative mind and great communication. You will be a critical role in the growth of Hims and Hers.

What You'll Do:

    • Work directly with the marketing team and technical/data specialists to build analytics solutions, models and performance recommendations
    • Track, measure, analyze and help optimize campaign performance of multiple marketing channels, including SEO, SEM/PPC, social, radio and much more
    • Strong ability to pull data from numerous sources and to create presentations for all levels of management
    • Develop channel attribution mechanism to help on channel diversification, revenue and budget optimization and allocation
    • Identify opportunities for business process improvements and make recommendations
    • Strong focus on automation to scale current and future processes
    • And any other duties assigned from time to time

Who You Are:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in generating and presenting insights from marketing data
    • 4-year college degree from accredited institution
    • Advanced SQL skills to perform data segmentation and aggregation from scratch
    • Ability to analyze data, reports and dashboards and an ability to "dive into” systems and formulate new and better ideas on how to better support stakeholders
    • Exceptional customer insights and proven success utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action
    • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, multi-task and participate in team-based planning process
