The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for the client success, retention, and expansion of the Adentro Enterprise book by functioning as a digital strategist and day to day expert for current clients.  You will oversee your accounts team, along with account level performance analyses, expansion planning, renewal negotiation, and strategic quarterly/ yearly milestones.  You will be expected to maintain accurate client health reporting, high client retention rates, and secure upsells, crossells and expansions. You will liaise with the paid media manager and client core specialist to confirm timely launches, coordination on campaign goals and strategy and ensuring we’re meeting and exceeding client expectations.

What You'll Do:

    • Responsible for location gross churn, MRR, and client satisfaction for all assigned book of core & ads accounts at the enterprise level. 
    • Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance on large logos.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for client strategy, addressing their account milestone, testing solutions and goals alignment on various opportunity accounts. 
    • Develop and implement account incrementality strategies with client goals.
    • Collaborate with the internal account team and clients to identify opportunities and develop long-term plans.
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services or projects on time and within budget.
    • Team leadership: Lead and mentor account teams, providing guidance and support; Delegate tasks and ensure team members have the resources they need across the accounts and Brand.
    • Conduct performance evaluations for Enterprise Brands and share with Key stakeholders.
    • Ensure profitability and revenue growth for High Impact Accounts along with retention.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
    • Analyze client challenges and provide innovative solutions with internal teams.
    • Anticipate potential issues and develop contingency plans.
    • Prepare and deliver quarterly report and analysis to decision makers.
    • Provide custom reporting and presentation materials for client renewal conversations, upsells, cross sell, product adoption, and expansions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team on client pre- sale presentations, monthly performance checks, QBRs, and expansion opportunities.
    • Function as day-to-day SME on campaign performance, strategy recommendations, and ads analysis on social and programmatic display platforms.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate campaign timelines, launches, budgets, performance to goals, and other projects.
    • Function as the client advocate when working with sales and campaign managers etc to ensure we’re providing the best support and performance possible.
    • Support training initiatives to improve overall digital marketing and ads knowledge.
    • Collaborate with other departments to address challenges in product, engineering, etc.
    • Be an advocate to show the clients “why” they should continue to invest, positioning renewal, recommendations and/or opportunities.
    • Negotiate high-profile strategic deals with account team and client to ensure success.
    • Maintain high level of familiarity and knowledge of digital marketing landscape, competing entities, and industry.
    • Be a data-driven leader.
    • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
    • Success KPIs of Retention, Revenue Growth, Scalable Opportunities, CrossSell, Upsell, Growth Planning, and Key Account Quarterly Budgeting  (Year over Year progressions).

What You Have:

    • 5+ years of experience in account management, with a track record of successfully managing client accounts.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, communications). A master's degree may be preferred.
    • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory accounts role.
    • Industry-specific experience (e.g., advertising, marketing, PR) is often preferred.
    • Skilled media experience developing media plans across Meta, TikTok, DSPs, networks and/or exchanges, specifically Trade Desk, Connected TV/OTT.
    • Track record of success by meeting or exceeding KPI’s in previous positions.
    • Analytical skills tracking client benchmarks and KPIs.
    • Experience building relationships with clients and creating digital marketing strategies and showcasing performance to illustrate value.
    • Proven success in data-storytelling and presentation building.
    • Ability to manage through high profile projects and competing priorities both internally and externally.
    • A time management & organizational guru who has the proven ability to work in a fast paced and ever evolving environment.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision managing multiple projects, as well as collaboratively working with colleagues of other functional areas to achieve common goals in a remote environment.
    • Pixel + Google Tag Manager Experience (preferred).

$80,000 - $85,000 a year
Base salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 is dependent on experience.
