The Role
**Based in Calgary and fully remote

Who you are

    • Strong technical competency
    • Computer science degree preferred
    • Experience developing technical documentation
    • Strong ability to identify, record, document and track bugs
    • Experience in practical application of QA metrics and methodologies
    • Proficiency with SpecFlow, PowerShell, xUnit and C#
    • Experience with CI pipelines, Docker, JSON preferred
    • Exposure to merchandising and inventory management systems is beneficial

What we need

    • This position will contribute to building the automation strategy and work within cross-functional teams to translate manual efforts into automation suites 
    • Build agile scripts focused on efficient coverage and reusability 
    • Work closely with the development and QA teams to understand new features and adjust testing as required 
    • Work with software developers to establish acceptance criteria for any planned work
    • Create test plans based upon defined acceptance criteria
    • Build testing infrastructure to allow for testing of said test plans, focusing on automation of test execution wherever possible
    • Provide testing strategies for performance, security, stability
