OPERATIONS – Business Development

Attabotics provides a robotic warehousing and fulfillment system that is being noticed by industry experts including some of the top global automation companies in the world. Attabotics has a very disruptive technology that has the potential to redefine the e-Commerce and warehousing fulfillment market. Attabotics has taken a different perspective on the technology. Instead of developing technology to speed the human workload, Attabotics is creating a robotic centric storage and retrieval system. A goods to person system that can be deployed in an extremely small space, for a lower entry level cost, providing industry leading throughput.
The sales coordinator role works within the Business Development team and reports to our V.P. of Sales & Service. As Attabotics is increasing discussions with more and more potential clients, we are searching for a team member who can provide Salesforce input and tracking based on client meetings and discussions, assisting with RFP/RFI development and submissions, following up with clients to coordinate and facilitate continued discussions, coordinating/liaising with other departments to complete sales activities, and other activities specific to the BD department.
Who you are
- Bachelor degree or higher in or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years experience
- Previous Sales Coordinator Experience
- Previous Salesforce Experience
- Fluent English verbal and written communications.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with external and internal teams
- Excellent ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast paced environment
- Strong initiative, time management, and organizational skills
What we need
- Manage inbound interest into Salesforce
- Update Salesforce with stages of progress with clients
- Assist with scheduling meeting
- Assists with RFI/RFPs
- Follow ups with initial sales call to coordinate next steps
- Coordinate sales activities with internal departments
