About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager, Solutions Marketing to lead and scale our Solutions Marketing function. In this role, you’ll manage a team of two Solutions Marketing Managers and own the strategy and execution behind how we bring Attentive’s multi-product story to life across key customer moments.

You’ll be responsible for high-touch sales play support, consultative enablement for strategic deals, and the development of compelling materials for QBRs, account planning, and pitch decks. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure our messaging resonates with buyers and is consistently reflected across go-to-market assets.

What You'll Accomplish

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Solutions Marketing Managers
    • Own and evolve Attentive’s multi-product narrative across prospect and customer touchpoints like QBR decks.
    • Develop and drive high-impact sales plays aligned to key customer problems, verticals, or sales motions, including messaging, enablement materials, and activation plans.
    • Provide consultative support on high-value deals, partnering with design and PMM to tailor materials and messaging for strategic opportunities.
    • Support QBRs, account planning sessions, and custom pitch development with scalable, on-brand assets and templates.
    • Guide the development of customer-facing content like case studies, pitch decks, and 1-pagers that bring our value to life.
    • Oversee Beyond the Message, our quarterly flagship customer webinar series, in partnership with Product Marketing, Comms, and Customer Marketing.
    • Collaborate with Revenue Enablement to deliver content and training that drives adoption and consistency in the field.
    • Stay closely aligned with Product Marketing and Voice of Market to ensure messaging reflects buyer needs and market trends.

Your Expertise

    • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, portfolio marketing, or a related GTM role, with at least 1–2 years of people management experience
    • Strong storytelling skills: able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
    • Demonstrated success in developing and activating sales plays that drive pipeline and retention
    • Experience providing high-touch enablement for strategic sales or customer conversations
    • Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing marketers
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders
    • A customer-first mindset and a bias toward action
    • Experience working for a multi-product B2B SaaS company is a plus

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 - $175,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
