Who we are
Attentive is looking for an organized & results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team to focus on the customer lifecycle—from communications to campaigns. As a Senior Growth Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, measuring, and optimizing integrated campaigns, lifecycle automations, and one-time emails with the goal of strengthening customer engagement, product usage, retention, and customer sentiment. Reporting into the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecycle, you'll also work closely with other members of the marketing team including Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, & more.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, improve, and execute end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing communications and campaign strategy
    • Optimize existing and create net-new customer campaigns focused on onboarding, engagement, and retention based on previous work experience with customer marketing  
    • Plan and execute campaigns to drive product usage, referrals, customer feedback, and reviews via e-blasts, newsletters, automated emails, surveys, and webinars 
    • Execute audience segmentation strategy, oversee customer communication frequency, and manage personalization of customer campaigns for international markets and new verticals
    • Analyze & report on the results of marketing campaigns, and establish benchmarks & KPIs for customer marketing 
    • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and proactively address issues to enhance overall customer experience
    • Continuously execute A/B tests, identifying new opportunities, and socializing results with relevant teams

About you

    • 1-2+ years experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on Lifecycle, Customer and/or Growth Marketing
    • Experience managing email marketing campaigns, including one-time and automated campaigns, and audience segmentation—Hubspot experience preferred 
    • Salesforce experience required including ability to build reports and campaigns
    • Proficient in writing effective marketing copy to drive action and engagement 
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making
    • Excellent project and time management skills to seamlessly prioritize multiple projects and communicate effectively across multiple teams 
    • Proactive self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and brings a can-do attitude 
    • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Past startup experience a plus

For US based applicants:
The standard base salary range for this position is $61,200 - $94,500 annually
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
