About the Role
- Develop innovative strategies for company’s mobile products.
- Drive end-to-end analytics projects in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to shape and implement product strategy and investment decisions.
- Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations to leadership, influencing product direction and strategic priorities.
- Leverage large, complex datasets to address diverse challenges using advanced analytical and statistical methods.
- Establish and track product success through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring key performance metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Analyze opportunities and identify levers to improve product performance, offering actionable insights and driving product roadmaps.
- Elevate the Product Analytics discipline within Attentive by promoting best practices in analytics, experimentation, and goal-setting, optimizing workflows, and enhancing tools.
- Position is 100% remote & reports to HQ in New York, NY.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Quantitative Management, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or any occupation/position/job title involving analytics, data science, and business intelligence.
Must also have experience with the following special skills:
- 5 years of professional experience using data visualization tools including Looker and Tableau
- 5 years of professional experience using, writing, and optimizing SQL queries in a business environment
- 5 years of professional experience executing fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner using data and logic to explore solutions and communicating the results of analyses to senior leadership and with stakeholders to drive strategy decisions
- 5 years of professional experience initiating and completing analytical projects with minimal guidance
- 3 years of professional experience working with statistics, running A/B tests, and utilizing data warehouse technical architecture (including Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery), infrastructure components (including Airflow, Spark, or Kubernetes, ETL), and reporting/analytic tools (including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $169,541 - $229,200 + equity + benefits
- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
