Who we are
Attentive is at a critical inflection point, evolving from a single-product, single-geo company into a multi-product, multi-geo organization. Your role as GTM Strategy Lead in our revenue organization will be instrumental in making this transformation a success. Without effective execution of these changes, we will not be able to achieve the sustained growth necessary for our long-term goals. As one of the first hires in this team, you will provide strategic leadership, leveraging your experience to quickly impact the business and guide decision-making. You will operate with autonomy and move swiftly, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Why Attentive needs you
- Own and lead the development and execution of multi-product or international GTM strategies that are critical to Attentive's next phase of growth.
- Drive key cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, and revenue strategies to enable successful outcomes.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and step in to make or influence critical business decisions, working closely with senior leadership to push initiatives forward.
- Regularly report on program effectiveness to senior management, providing insights, recommendations, and action plans to optimize performance.
- Build a robust short- and long-term roadmap for strategic programs, ensuring we prioritize the highest-impact projects that drive growth.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor within the Revenue/GTM organization, leading without direct authority but with strong influence over key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate executive presence in meetings with leadership, providing well-structured recommendations and insights that drive high-impact decisions.
About you
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, or program management, ideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, ambiguous projects with the ability to define objectives and make quick, informed decisions.
- A strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on experience in synthesizing data to drive decision-making and inform long-term business strategy.
- Proven executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to present and influence senior leadership and executive teams effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-evolving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, gaining buy-in and moving key initiatives forward.
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency in driving strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering impactful recommendations and guiding decision-making at the highest levels.
