About the ACE team
The ACE (Attest Centre of Excellence) team's mission is to ensure that all Attest clients are delighted with the product and are provided with the best possible research expertise while making the most of their subscription. The team is here to guide, encourage, support and advise clients to achieve their desired outcomes and uncover new ways of using consumer research.  ACE are committed to enabling clients to be more insightful themselves, but also offering our own lens for new ways of achieving goals; a bespoke extension of our clients' internal teams.

The Role

We are looking for an excellent Client Experience Executive to help grow and maintain our client accounts, build long term relationships and strive to bring our partners the very best of what Attest can do.
You will be a key voice within the Client Experience team; developing strategic business relationships with existing as well as potential clients and working hand in hand with the commercial team to deliver an excellent end-to-end client experience.
By working closely with our clients, you will also be in a fantastic position to influence product improvement, communicating customer needs to the Engineering team and championing continuous knowledge sharing and improvement to the whole business.


What you’ll be doing
Working within the Attest Centre of Excellence and helping the team with client requests
Learning about the best ways to conduct consumer research & sharing that with clients
Picking up client queries that come in via our live chat  
Monitoring existing client surveys to ensure they meet quality & speed expectations
Manage a designated Client Portfolio and relationships across industries
Work towards client satisfaction targets, customer happiness and continuous usage
Skilfully balance your focus between supporting the commercial team and ensuring excellent client experience is given
Previous evidence of growing client accounts and client usage within a business
Work closely with your clients: understand, interpret and communicate complicated briefs & results
Be an inspiring and enthusiastic manager to others in the team
Manage client expectations in relation to quotes, quality & timelines
Provide qualified input to commercial and own team meetings & make sure all efforts are in alignment

Who you are
You want to ensure clients are happy and having the best possible experience.
You aim to understand how clients use consumer data in their day-to-day lives so you can help them leverage Attest within that.
Interested in learning about consumer research and how it can be applied day-to-dayHighly self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning new things
Demonstrate excellent client service and values being part of a teamFeel comfortable working with various unknown factors while always delivering what is best for the client
You are an experienced Client or Account Manager with exposure across a variety of industries, have a consultative and relationship - driven approach.
Have experience across a variety of industries, preferably with substantial exposure within market research or insight businesses
Feel confident managing senior stakeholders and building excellent, trusting working relationships
Are highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a proactive, action-driven client approach
Can empathise with clients, their demands and situations
Understand how clients use consumer data on their day to day lives and can help them leverage Attest within that
Feel comfortable working with various unknown factors while always delivering what is best for the client
Oversee and strengthen activities in usage & spot up-sell possibilities within your client portfolio
