Welcome! We’re Attest: a Consumer Growth Platform. We’re spearheaded by a bunch of awesome individuals, and our guess is that you’re pretty awesome, too. We’re ultra-proud of the inclusive company we’ve built to date. Attest is not just an exciting place to work alongside great people, but a feeling – one of belonging and adventure. We’re delighted that you’ve taken the first step to becoming an Attester by expressing an interest in who we are and what we do.
About the Growth team
As part of the Growth team you're joining an even bigger family. The Growth team exist to drive predictable, repeatable growth - for each team member, for Attest, for clients and for consumers. How? By combining a commitment to performance and autonomy. We’re a group of smart, hard working folks who value curiosity, integrity and teamwork. We combine expertise across content, technology, demand generation, business development, sales and account management; and by pulling together as a single team, we’re able to produce results that are greater than the sum of its parts.
We’re looking for a savvy Data Analyst, with previous proven experience of working across sales and marketing, to work with our internal teams supporting our day to day business. As Data Analyst you will support sales and marketing, to provide insight to enable a broad understanding of our business, day to day activities and also be the guardian of all analytics and insight initiatives.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join Attest’s Growth team, and work with the Head of Demand Generation on a full 360 vision for connected data across the entire commercial and product functions of Attest.
What you’ll be doing
Support and empower the sales and marketing team members by creating dashboards and reports of that they need for their day to day jobs and to make data driven decisions (lead reporting, event analysis, campaign reports, pipeline reporting, marketing influence, etc.).
Leading on ad hoc insights and analysis tasks, eg. industry vertical analysis on when Attest should be targeting decision makers. Or identifying areas of growth in new geographies for marketing and sales to target.
Produce regular marketing & sales reports for growth team meetings and hold teams accountable to their metrics.
Analyse, look for patterns and high level efficiencies and blockers across the marketing and sales funnel. And make appropriate recommendations.
Work with the Senior Growth Operations Executive to standardise and streamline underlying functions and reporting wherever possible.
Who You Are
Ambitious to learn and develop in new software or methodologies to help the team develop further through data.
Analytically minded and with a keen eye for details - can distill insights from data and present it to audiences of various levels in a way that is easy to understand.
Comfortable with large amounts of data; being able to source and interpret data sets. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels.
Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
What you’ll bring to Attest
3-5+ years of experience supporting and influencing marketing and/or sales, either in Marketing Analytics, Sales Ops, or data analysis.
Bachelor's degree preferred (but not essential), preferably in an analytical or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with selecting and leading development of an analytics software package is desired.
