About the People team
Our People team ensures that all Attesters are able to do their absolute best work through the design of engaging roles; providing stimulating, collaborative work environment; and encouraging experimentation. We believe that we’re all the same but different, so we take fostering a psychologically safe environment – where individuals feel  free to bring their authentic selves every day – pretty seriously.

We’re looking for our very first Office Manager at Attest, reporting into our Head of People; someone dynamic but amazingly organised. You’ll have previous experience in facilities management, can bring their experience in end-to-end office fit-outs, and display a high level of administrative prowess.
Currently a small yet mighty team of 47 people, we’re looking to double in size by the end of the year.  This means we’re fast outgrowing our current office space, so we’ll need your help in ensuring that our new working environment is incredibly enjoyable to be in – somewhere our Attesters look forward to spending their time.  

In your first three months you’ll...

Get to know Attest and our People. You’ll experience our company-wide onboarding to better understand what we do, as well as build relationships with our diverse members.
Help us get settled into our interim space. Moving can be very disruptive, so we’ll rely on you and learnings from your past experience to make it as smooth a process as possible.   
Own all-things office. You’ll confidently and independently act as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters, providing effective and efficient day to day running of our space.  
Take on operational administration. We’ll trust you to provide confidential and efficient administrative support to our Central members including correspondence and carrying out the occasional business errand. You’ll also be trusted to own and manage an office budget.   

Within your first six months you’ll...

Facilitate the move to our permanent home. You’ll work with various members of the People and Operations teams to facilitate the meticulously planned logistics and fit-out, enabling the smooth and efficient moving of our then 70+ team; while also tying up loose administrative ends with our current landlord.
Deliver amazing experiences. We’ll rely on your creative, and imaginative input to plan and host a range of team events, including our end of year party.

By month twelve (and beyond), you’ll...
Create a physical work environment to be proud of. Harnessing your interior flair, you’ll work collaboratively with the team to plan, design, and implement a magnificently creative and inclusive workspace.
Maintaining and Improving. You’ll continually be looking for ways to build on the great elements of our office, and generate new and exciting ways to keep the environment positive and full of good energy.

Interview Logistics

The application process for this role will include: a 30-minute video interview with a couple members of our PeopleOps team; an in-person interview at our office in London; a take-home assignment; and a final-stage interview at our office in Central London.  

We appreciate that you may be further along interviewing at other companies, so please give us a heads up if this is the case so we can bear timelines in mind.
