About the ACE team
The ACE (Attest Centre of Excellence) team's mission is to ensure that all Attest clients are delighted with the product and are provided with the best possible research expertise while making the most of their subscription. The team is here to guide, encourage, support and advise clients to achieve their desired outcomes and uncover new ways of using consumer research. ACE are committed to enabling clients to be more insightful themselves, but also offering our own lens for new ways of achieving goals; a bespoke extension of our clients' internal teams.
We’re looking for Junior Client Experience Data Analyst to help expand and propagate the most important data metrics throughout the business and our clients. You’ll join a team that is all about improving the lives of our clients, ensuring we make data-based decisions and keep clients at the heart of our business.
In your first six to twelve months, you’ll be involved in client analysis and the most detailed data needs, helping clients get the best out of the research they run with us.
What you’ll be doing
Working within the Attest Centre of Excellence and helping the team with client requests
Collaborating with other Data Analysts to deliver first class analysis & insights to clients
Help pioneer a better way to use data within Attest
Pulling information from various data sources to help optimise how we measure & track client information internally
Work cross-functionally with other teams within Attest to promote a data-driven approach
Who you are
You should be comfortable with extracting, collating and analysing data from various sources. You are looking for a chance to work in a high growth environment with a fantastic, collaborative team and exciting clients.
Enjoy working with data, identifying trends, developing viewpoints and answering key questions based on data-derived insights.
Familiar with a variety of data softwares such as: Google Suite, MS Office, Google Analytics, data visualisation packages e.g., Piktochart, Tableau, etc.
Ambitious to learn and develop in new areas, e.g., SQL, SPSS.
Excited about the prospect of pioneering data visualization & easy understanding - by processing data and creating presentations for clients
Analytical mindset - can distill insights from data and present it in an easy to understand way to wider audiences.
Experience of 1-2 years in a data-focused role would be great, but is not a strict requirement
What you’ll bring to Attest
Strong attention to detail - spotting errors or inconsistencies within data
Ability to empathise with internal and external clients, their demands and situations.
Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a proactive, action-driven client approach.
Demonstrate excellent client service and values being part of a team.
