Talent Coordinator

PeopleOps – People & Culture
Welcome! We’re Attest: a Consumer Growth Platform. We’re on a mission to bring every business closer to consumers, and empower them with the insights that drive predictable and repeatable growth; enabling them to create and deliver better, more useful services, products and experiences for communities worldwide.

We’re spearheaded by a bunch of awesome individuals, and our guess is that you’re pretty awesome, too. We’re ultra-proud of the inclusive company we’ve built to date. Attest is not just an exciting place to work alongside great people, but a feeling – one of belonging and adventure. We’re delighted that you’ve taken the first step to becoming an Attester by expressing an interest in who we are and what we do.

About the People team
Our People team ensures that all Attesters are able to do their absolute best work through the design of engaging roles; providing stimulating, collaborative work environment; and encouraging experimentation. We believe that we’re all the same but different, so we take fostering a psychologically safe environment – where individuals feel  free to bring their authentic selves every day – pretty seriously.

We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Coordinator to join our PeopleOps team to own the administrative and operational elements of our hiring process. You’ll be the reliable engine that keeps the recruitment cogs turning at Attest.

In your first six to twelve months, you’ll be helping us double in team size, ensuring that we maintain a unique and delightful candidate experience every step of the way.

What you'll be doing:

Coordinating Interviews. You'll be relied upon to tactfully schedule a large volume of interviews ensuring that they happen on time, and that relevant resources and information are provided and communicated to those involved.
Delivering a WOW candidate experience. Interviewing can be incredibly nerve-wracking, so you'll be trusted to implement our carefully designed experience for applicants; we'll also need your input how we can improve the experience. Whether it be meeting and greeting candidates, taking them on a tour of our offices; or sending candidates an email to make sure they're sufficiently prepped ahead of their interview, we'll count on you to take an empathetic and compassionate approach to hiring.
Talent Marketing and Branding. Managing and promoting our exciting roles across various job boards, social platforms, and internally, and also attending external events.
Gathering candidate feedback. We'll count on you to collate assessment feedback from the hiring panel about candidates, as well as feedback from candidates about their interview experience with us.
Optimising for efficiency. Staying up-to-date with talent attraction trends and providing recommendations on new tools, processes; as well as suggestions on how we can continually experiment and improve our candidate experience and hiring process.

Who you are:

Incredibly organised. You'l be juggling a variety of different tasks at pace and keeping many plates spinning simultaneously.
Hospitable and friendly. You'll be one of the first Attesters candidates interact with so  you'll be expected to make everyone feel welcome.
Flexible, calm and confident. Plans sometimes change at the last minute, but you'll be able to effortlessly recalibrate and execute the task at hand with a positive attitude.
Self-starter. You'll use your natural sense of initiative to take ownership of work and getting things done.

What you'll bring to Attest:

Diary management skills. You'll demonstrate your ability to skillfully juggle complex diary management to schedule candidate interviews and assessments.
Startup/ scale-up experience. You'll have to be comfortable working in a fast-paced - often ambiguous - environment as things move quickly here.
First-rate communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrable ability to communicate confidently and empathically both verbally and in writing, with a dynamic range of internal and external stakeholders; managing multiple - sometimes conflicting - interests.
Administrative excellence. Experience administering and optimising an ATS and or a CRM system highly desirable but not essential.

What we’ll offer in return
Our benefits and perks are designed with a focus on the wellbeing, engagement, and growth of our Attesters.

A competitive salary that fairly recognises your experience and potential;
High-quality equipment – whether you prefer a MacBook or a Windows machine, we’ll invest a sizeable amount (over £2K) to provide you with the right tools and set-up to help you do your best work;
25 days paid holiday – we care about our team’s wellbeing, so we make sure you have time to fully switch off, rest, and recharge;
Flexible working hours and working from home – whether you have parental responsibilities, just need some headspace, or have a parcel being delivered, we’ll support you in making your work and personal life a manageable blend;
A generous Growth & Development budget to spend on the resources and tools that will help you grow in your role and achieve your career goals;
10% adventure time to invest in charitable activities, your growth and development, and/or side projects for Attest;

Fully-paid sick days – Mental health and physical health are treated equally at Attest. Whether you’ve been knocked out with the flu, are having an operation, or need some time off to manage anxiety, stress or depression, for example, we encourage all our Attesters to rest up and come back when they’re feeling more like themselves;
A values-led working environment that encourages putting people first, honesty, curiosity and leadership.

Is this role not quite the right fit for you? Or, have you not seen a suitable position available on our careers site?...We’re always on the look-out for interesting, bright folk to join our team of Attesters. Connect with us to stay in touch, and we’ll notify you when we have new opportunities.
