AUDIENCEX is focused on streamlining the complex world of digital marketing for agencies and marketers, offering a unified and omnichannel approach to programmatic, search, social, and creative services.

We are looking for a Sales Director is to drive new business through a mix of self-prospecting as well as converting high-quality leads provided by AudienceX marketing programs. The Sales Director role operates in an individual contributor capacity and reports into a Regional Sales leader.

Responsibilities

    • Make the required number of daily touchpoints through phone and email, social, local business events and other outreach 
    • Create discovery calls and provide demos of AUDIENCEX platform solutions to prospective clients
    • Keep an organized CRM file with thorough pre and post sales notes
    • Upsell / Cross-sell agency clients with additional performance channels (search, social, addressable TV etc.) 
    • Ongoing communication with the media buying and account management teams on campaign performance and growth opportunities 
    • Attending reporting calls with account management team to identify upsell opportunities 
    • Help with the handoff process from sales to account management 
    • Troubleshoot any technical issues internally or with any external teams (vendor/client)
    • Stay current on new programmatic technologies 
    • Attend marketing events
    • Meet the required monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
    • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

    • 3-5 years’ experience in sales, preferably programmatic display/video
    • Experience with CRM (Sugar, Dynamics, Salesforce, insightly, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of Google suite (Gmail, Googledocs/sheets)
    • 2-3 years’ experience with client interaction
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Proactive, solutions-oriented and resourceful
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
    • Ability to think and react quickly
    • Web/tech savvy a must (ability to quickly learn and master new programs/interfaces)
    • Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing
    • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strategic and analytical mindset
    • Demonstrated history of success in sales, hitting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent commission structure. Salary negotiable.
