We’re looking for a Digital Strategy Manager to join our team. The Digital Strategy Manager is highly inventive and takes a data-driven approach when developing media plans and proposals. The individual will partner closely with Sales while also teaming up with Technology, Analytics, Marketing and Creative to grow the business and effectively drive results. 


    • Uncover strategic insights to tell a story, create customer and business impact while utilizing competitive research data sources
    • Understand AUDIENCEX’s market differentiation and competitive demand-side platforms (DSPs) through to win new key accounts and increase revenue opportunities; emphasize the value of services offered to the client 
    • Develop effective data-driven strategies for top tier accounts and create solutions leveraging AUDIENCEX’s capabilities to address client needs 
    • Engage in data analytics and research to create proposals and pricing models 
    • Partner closely with Sales team members to meet unconventional pitch and business development requirements including development of media plans and decks 
    • Integrate with and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Technology and Creative team members to provide custom ideas, solutions and proactive programs
    • Guide the ideation process and support efforts all the way through to delivery
    • Project manage all components of the pre-sale and RFP process utilizing CRM, Sugar
    • Communicate expectations clearly, managing stakeholders and owning delivery of results
    • Stay abreast of the Ad Tech marketplace, industry news and competitive sites


    • Ability to demonstrate being an insightful, creative and data-driven strategist who can clearly communicate a story
    • 5+ years of strategy and communications planning experience in relevant digital marketing and/or media agencies - consulting and client-side experience will also be considered
    • Experienced with generating insights, developing media plans and preparing briefs to drive the ideation process with Sales
    • Highly analytical with deep market knowledge; ability to make recommendations using various research tools to uncover insights
    • Strong creative thinker and problem-solver on both a conceptual level in defining strategy and on a practical level in handling planning and operational considerations
    • Exposure to a variety of industry verticals
    • Leadership qualities and competencies including having a strategic mindset, situational adaptability and accountability when working within pitch or project teams
    • Demonstrable expertise working within CRMs; Sugar or Salesforce preferred
    • Experience with MS Office and G Suite
    • Bachelor’s degree
