We’re looking for a Senior Design Lead to join our team to oversee and create multi-channel marketing initiatives that support the client’s business objectives. Within this role, you will be overseeing, designing, executing and implementing integrated advertising campaigns which include creative assets for websites, mobile devices, email, TV and social channels.
The Senior Design Lead is responsible for driving aspects of creative execution, from initial design solutions and research through final production phases. The candidate will be expected to meet deadlines, implement rounds of feedback and generate visuals, storyboards, trailers and animations that speak to our audience and fit within existing brand guidelines.
The Senior Design Lead will collaborate closely with members of our Creative team, internal stakeholders and clients, providing ideas and delivering on assets for our creative projects and campaigns which include (not limited to): banner ads, video ads, social media graphics, web design, etc.

    • Design and execute a range of forward-thinking digital concepts to meet internal and external client expectations for websites, mobile device applications, interfaces and digital campaigns
    • Develop a range of digital cross-platform design, storyboard, trailer and animation work
    • Oversee the creation of presentation decks and present work to clients, as needed
    • Collaborate effectively with the Creative, Marketing, Sales, Technology, Client Services teams and other stakeholders to plan, conceptualize, create, analyze, organize and deliver quality digital output for assigned projects
    • Play an active role in projects from first rough or mockup drafts through the full project lifecycle of the build, which include comping, designing, developing, testing and packaging
    • Lead and execute multiple projects: manage creative teams, abide by timelines, oversee direction, review and edit teams’ work and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to peers on the Creative team
    • Consistently dig into strategies, platforms and technologies to better serve creative goals


    • 7+ years of design experience, either in-house or at an agency
    • People leader experience preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design, or related field preferred
    • Solid knowledge of fundamental design, typography, photography, storyboarding, animation, and design trends
    • Proficient in latest version Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote/Powerpoint
    • Proficient in latest version of Google Web Designer and/or Adobe Animate
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
    • Experience with WordPress and FIgma is a major plus
    • Keen eye for recent trends in digital marketing design
