We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our team in designing, executing and implementing creative assets for websites, mobile devices, email, social media channels and digital advertising under the creative direction of the Director of UX & Designer. The Senior Digital Designer is responsible for driving aspects of creative execution, from initial design solutions and research through final production phases. The qualified candidate will be expected to meet deadlines, implement rounds of feedback and generate visuals, storyboards, trailers and animations that speak to our audience and fit within existing brand guidelines. The Senior Digital Designer will collaborate closely with members of our Creative team, internal stakeholders and clients, providing ideas and delivering on assets for our creative projects and campaigns.

This is a 3-month temporary position and will require approximately 40 hours/week.


    • Designing and providing a range of cutting-edge digital concepts to meet internal and external client expectations for websites, mobile device applications, interfaces and digital campaigns
    • Developing a range of digital cross-platform design, storyboard, trailer and animation work
    • Collaborating effectively with the Creative, Marketing, Sales, Technology, Client Services teams and other stakeholders to plan, conceptualize, create, analyze, organize and deliver quality digital output for assigned projects
    • Playing an active role in projects from first rough or mockup drafts through the full project lifecycle of the build, which include comping, designing, developing, testing and packaging
    • Contributing to design for sites and interactive applications for web, tablet and mobile devices as required 
    • Leading and executive on multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines
    • Providing mentorship and guidance to peers on the Creative team
    • Exhibiting full responsibility for one’s own work achievements and consistently maintains a high level of self-management that contributes to sustained high performance
    • Completing other duties as required


    • 3-5 years of hands-on design experience, either in-house or at an agency 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design or related field
    • Excellent digital design portfolio, demonstrating a strong understanding of advertising and marketing concepts
    • Firm understanding of digital design and file set-up for digital media (including banner ads, site skins, social media graphics)
    • Solid knowledge of fundamental design, typography, photography, storyboarding, animation and design trends
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality design products
    • Strong fluency in current versions of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, and have working knowledge of Illustrator
    • Proficiency in Adobe Premier and AfterEffects for the creation of animated digital ads and short trailers
    • Fluent in current versions of Google Web Designer and Adobe Animate
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
    • Experience in MS Office and Keynote
    • Experience with Celtra a plus
    • Ability to receive constructive feedback from other team members and colleagues with an open mind; ability to take direction well
    • Capable of producing a high volume of creative collateral under tight deadlines
    • Effectively uses the time available to complete work tasks and activities that lead to the achievement of expected work objectives
    • Communicates and collaborates effectively with the Creative team and across departments, while also being able to work well independently
    • Being flexible and adapting to changes in the work environment in ways that help team members keep projects on course
    • Has a keen eye for recent trends in digital marketing design
    • Ability to thrive in deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment
    • Highly motivated and proactive
