AUDIENCEX is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive operational excellence for our sales organization by analyzing and streamlining reporting data, providing insights, improving processes and training team members. Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, the individual will assist with day-to-day administration of our CRM Sugar and operational tasks. The Sales Operations Manager will operate in a business partner capacity to the Sales and Marketing teams, enabling sales productivity and enabling revenue growth by building efficient processes and delivering valuable insights.


    • Partner with Sales leadership to develop sales forecasting models and data
    • Work with Finance & Accounting on sales attainment modeling
    • Identify, create and implement process improvements within the Sales organization
    • Develop and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for KPIs
    • Provide reporting on sales activities such as pipeline, team activity, revenue forecasting, and retroactive sales performance and trends
    • Provide models and case studies
    • Manage and hold sales team members accountable for providing accurate data in Sugar (CRM)
    • Develop and provide trainings to sales team members on CRM and reporting processes and standard operating procedures
    • Manage lead attribution systems and reporting for the Marketing department
    • Qualify leads and own lead distribution flow by assigning leads to sellers based on close rate, performance and availability with a goal of customer conversion
    • Work with Sales leadership on building processes for growth initiatives


    • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations 
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • High proficiency with a CRM such as Salesforce; experience with Sugar would be ideal
    • High proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office
    • Experience in developing and providing trainings for sales and marketing teams
    • Experience in modeling out sales forecasting to goal
    • Strong capabilities in analyzing data, problem-solving and creating efficient processes
    • Ability to collaborate and build friendly, professional relationships with team members across the organization
    • Innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources while also being able to vet outside tools that can enhance the productivity of our sales organization
    • Results focused; ability to convey a sense of urgency to resolve issues 
    • Excellent communicator, highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Ability to work autonomously while adapting and adjusting to shifting priorities and rapid change
