We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join our People Team. This role is a growth opportunity for an experienced HR professional who seeks ownership, loves new challenges and is comfortable wearing different hats within a dynamic organization. The Senior HR Manager will report to the VP, People and will play a key role in scaling HR strategies to support the full employee lifecycle from recruiting through offboarding. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable judgment, high EQ and exceptional written and verbal communication skills to help HR continue to be viewed as a strategic partner to the organization. 

Responsibilities:

    • Partner with VP, People and business leads to deliver HR strategies, programs and operating mechanisms (performance reviews, onboarding, recruiting, etc.) 
    • Leverage deep understanding of the business to offer proactive HR insights and expertise in support of organizational effectiveness and talent planning
    • Own HR programs and initiatives from ideation through execution in key areas such as employee engagement, recruiting, compliance, HR data and analytics, compensation, etc. 
    • Act as Lead Recruiter for key roles
    • Ensure HR practices align with legal standards and make research and data driven recommendations for HR improvements
    • Maintain HR data and systems with utmost confidentiality and ensure data accuracy/integrity
    • Support payroll processes as needed

Qualifications:

    • 5-7 years experience in HR, Recruiting or People Ops in fast paced startup or growth stage environments
    • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage both short and long term initiatives
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners at all levels​​
    • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve HR problems in a practical and appropriate manner
    • Solid understanding of HR compliance
    • Proficiency with HRIS systems, Google Suite
    • Collaborative, curious, positive attitude
    • High EQ
$120,000 - $150,000 a year
Salary range is listed above. There are several factors that determine final pay for a position including location and experience. Total compensation will typically include salary + performance bonus + equity.
