About the Role:

The Enterprise Sales Manager (ESM) is responsible for penetrating and then managing multiple large accounts and maximizing growth/revenue for Augmedix. Tasked with creating, developing and executing the sales strategies for assigned accounts, as well as understanding and communicating the data which proves a ROI for the accounts. The ESM is expected to deliver consistent revenue performance and growth and will opportunistically recruit prospective physicians.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

    • Drive sales within assigned accounts
    • Sign new 'zero based accounts'
    • Learn and understand the enterprise accounts extended business model and create offerings and solutions to meet Augmedix sales goals and customer objectives
    • Become intimately familiar with the enterprise accounts and communicate the business value and/or ROI of our product
    • Work with Engineering, Clinical Operations and Compliance teams to prioritize, coordinate and apply resources where needed
    • Ensure 100% satisfaction within your accounts

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year institution
    • 5 to 7+ years of sales experience
    • 1 to 3 years enterprise sales experience
    • Enterprise software account management experience is required
    • Healthcare account management experience is required
    • Experience working in a healthcare environment is required
    • Project management experience and the ability to manage at least 10 projects at one time
    • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
    • Experience selling complex solutions, managing pre-implementation requirements and providing account management support post-implementation
    • Proven track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% in your company)
    • Ability to create, edit and review technical contracts and documentation
    • Dynamic presenter with the ability to translate technical thoughts into everyday language
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Willingness to travel up to 40%
