About the Role:

Supporting Corporate and Scribe network infrastructure and clients including support tasks. Support system uptime and maintenance for services and devices within the Augmedix organization.


    • Installation and troubleshooting of Virtualization (Vcenter, ESXI, VDI), Network and/or Server, and third-party services. Administrations (VMware, Cisco Network Equipment, Windows Servers (i.e. AD), Linux Servers.
    • Responsible for ensuring IT Audit points, and Compliance Requirements are implemented as per relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Respond to highly complex and technical user service requests/inquiries that involve problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution.
    • Participate in cross-functional projects and tasks.
    • End-user issue troubleshooting.

    • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, or Equivalent
    • CCNA or 5-8 Years of information technology experience (Networking, System Administration, and Troubleshooting)
    • Knowledge of security policy requirements in a HIPAA environment preferred
    • Experience in a fast-paced, quickly-growing startup environment

    • Weekdays: Monday to Friday
