About the Role: 

The Senior Customer Success Manager (Growth) is responsible for ensuring the enterprise account is delighted by the experience with Augmedix and consistently identifying ways to strengthen customer partnerships across an assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts. You’ll play a key role in defining our Customer Success Management strategy, cultivating relationships with key executive stakeholders across Augmedix’s largest customers and executing on expansion opportunities that drive meaningful revenue growth for the company. You are a leader who has built and scaled customer relationships and brought forward solutions to solve customer pain points to support meaningful growth across an enterprise account.

Responsibilities:

    • As Senior Customer Success Manager (Growth), you will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, legal, etc to support expansion and growth opportunities across existing customer accounts
    • You will be accountable for your account’s ambitious revenue growth targets and will ensure you create a path to meet and exceed those revenue growth targets
    • You will leverage existing relationships with C-level executives. You will be developing new relationships with business unit leaders to understand their unique company challenges and to influence their perspective of Augmedix solutions
    • Build and deepen executive relationships with enterprise customers, and bring to Augmedix your mature C-level relationships to help us grow into new care settings, service lines, and markets within the enterprise health system. You will influence long-term strategic direction across our enterprise health system partnership, while serving as a key business partner across Augmedix to make sure cross functional teams align behind our client’s strategic partnership roadmap
    • Present to C-level executives in corporate and at the site/market leadership levels
    • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with all Augmedix cross-functional teams to optimize your portfolio’s growth opportunities, while ensuring  projects and programs run smoothly with support from a dotted line Program Manager and Implementation team
    • Demonstrated experience with large complex commercial and legal facilitations, working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams
    • Understand the enterprise technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy, and competitive landscape
    • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading the enterprise through the entire business cycle

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of enterprise experience in consulting, growth, business development role. Emphasis on quota carrying software sales and/or account management at an enterprise B2B software company with previous healthcare experience preferred 
    • Historical track record of successfully leading and scaling enterprise accounts
    • Strong cross functional team member who can guide Augmedix cross functional teams in executing customer strategies and needs developed through your consultative account management and sales skills
    • Experience in pipeline management and successful execution against significant revenue targets involving large and complex enterprise accounts
    • Strong relationship skills, high EQ, and a long term, partnership-oriented mindset
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
    • Passion for Augmedix’s mission and the health systems and doctors we service
    • Healthcare technology experience desired
    • Travel requirements of up to 40% 
$90,000 - $125,000 a year
Salary are dependent on several factors that determine the final pay for a position including location and experience. Total compensation will typically include salary + commission + equity.
