We have an immediate opening for a Product Manager, located in any of: San Francisco, CA, Redwood City, CA, Washington, DC or Toronto, Canada. This is a core PM role for our flagship Silo for Research portfolio. Silo for Research is the leading, immersive digital investigations and intelligence platform, used by F1000 and government customers alike to securely and anonymously conduct, manage and track digital investigations from one place.

You’ll be acting as a hub between engineering, marketing, sales and customers. You will drive success of the product portfolio by executing the product strategy and enabling all other functions in accordance with it. You will play an integral role in evolving Silo for Research’s digital investigations capabilities, contributing significantly to realizing the company’s vision and its potential. 

Who we are looking for:

    • Someone that has been a PM in the enterprise SaaS context, and preferably has a digital investigations, open source intelligence (OSINT) or cybersecurity background
    • Someone that loves working in an agile manner - adjusting course based on new information is something you understand as an inevitability, not something to resist
    • Someone that loves to interact with customers and prospects to both tell our story and uncover unmet needs
    • A Product Owner who is responsible for driving near-to-long-term product backlog priorities, who is effective at specifying, writing and communicating clear product requirements to both engineering and go to market functions, so that they have the information, context, and details needed to create the best platform experiences possible
    • A hands-on technical product manager with a solid technology background who is looking to go deep in a technology area, speak to the details  and hold down technical conversations with engineers and highly technical customers
    • A colleague who wants to collaborate with his/her peers across the company, pitch in as needed, and share in the broader team’s success
    • A speaker, writer, and translator fluent in the languages of customers and their requirements, effectively communicating them at the appropriate level to other functional areas like engineering, marketing, sales, finance and customer success

What you need to succeed:

    • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS (or related discipline)
    • 3+ years of experience as a PM, preferably with focus on cybersecurity (threat intelligence), digital investigations, case management or managed attribution tools, or related areas
    • Experience building and evangelizing SaaS solutions in federal and commercial spaces would be a strong plusUnderstanding of browser fingerprinting or other obfuscation techniques a strong plus
    • Ability to present effectively to large audiences, keynotes, webinars.
    • Demonstrated ability to execute on a vision and strategy, with a proven track record of delivering market leading solutions and developing new products with commercial success
    • Strong go to market enablement skills, in particular enabling sales/success teams, as well as customers.

Compensation:

    • $150,000 - $200,000 (location and experience based) + bonus & equity
