Authentic8 seeks a talented website marketing specialist to oversee our website optimization and SEO, and assist with paid search. You will be responsible for SEO activities, overall website maintenance and updates, conversion optimization and website tracking and analytics. This includes ensuring reporting tools are set up correctly, regular monitoring of results, providing recommendations for optimization and reporting analytics.

This position reports to the Sr Manager, Digital Marketing. It is a growth opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of experience.

Website Responsibilities:

    • Manage execution of the website strategy. 
    • Lead content and functionality updates, as well as overall site health.
    • Optimize website performance and conversions, using various internal and external analytics tools like Google Search Console, Google Optimize, Crazy Egg, and SEMRush.
    • Perform technical site audits and implement changes based on those findings.

SEO Responsibilities:

    • Own and implement search engine optimization strategy. 
    • Execute tests, collect, and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in SEO efforts.
    • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization for both organic and paid search.

Website and CRO Responsibilities:

    • Manage execution of website updates and key initiatives. 
    • Optimize website performance and conversions, using various internal and external analytics tools like Google Search Console, Google Optimize, Crazy Egg, and SEMRush.
    • Track and conduct A/B testing on the website regularly and use the results to improve the user experience continually and conversion rates.
    • Perform technical site audits and implement changes based on those findings to ensure overall site health.
    • Monitor high-intent campaign performance, evaluate effectiveness and share ideas for optimization.
    • Own website metrics and reporting, working closely with MarketingOps. 

Data & Analytics:

Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with B2B websites and SEO.
    • Experience with CMS platforms (Drupal preferred), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Optimize, Crazy Egg, SEMRush, Adwords and Bing.
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
    • A self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload. 
    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
    • Comfortable managing several projects at a time.
    • Self-directed, proactive, curious and a natural problem-solver.

Salary Range:

    • $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus and Equity
