Established in 2010, Authentic8 continues to see new demand and use case opportunities for the cloud-based Silo Web Isolation Platform.
Authentic8 seeks a talented social media specialist to oversee our social media accounts. You will be responsible for managing the social media calendar to promote new and evergreen content via organic engagement. This includes writing post copy, working with graphic designers to create imagery and video clips, monitoring profiles and reporting analytics.
Ultimately, the success of our social media presence will be measured through engagements, audience expansion and social’s impact on website visits.
This position reports to the director of content marketing. It is an entry-level position for someone with 1-2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Execute social media strategy across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok
- Identify, generate, publish and share engaging content on a daily basis
- Manage corporate social media accounts including organic posts, engagements, analytics and profile maintenance
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Work with graphic designers to create imagery and video for posts
- Run tests to optimize performance across platforms
- Repurpose and break out existing content for social media and blogs
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in content, social media or digital marketing
- Experience managing B2B social media
- Excellent copywriter with strong grasp of grammar as well as the creative aspects of social media writing
- Highly organized and able to manage complex social media calendar
- Curious-minded, able to understand our space and find social media conversations we can plug into
- Quick learner able to master new technology quickly
- Self-starter able to work autonomously
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, remote work environment
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media and applications
- Experience with Sprout Social preferred
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills a bonus
Salary Range
- $60,000 - $70,000 + Bonus and Equity
