We're hiring for a Business Development Representative who are interested in building their career with one of the fastest growing companies in retail automotive. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the first point of contact for both potential and active customers interested in learning more about AutoFi.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Must live in Central, Mountain or Pacific time zone
    • Generate new sales leads through calls and emails to qualify prospects
    • Strategize with sales leaders to design target and call plan of action
    • Perform 50+ outbound calls/ day or equivalent talk time
    • Research prospective leads by identifying key champions and decision makers
    • Schedule qualified demos/appointments for Outside Sales
    • Partner with Sales Directors to gain sales techniques, learn best practices, and grow your career
    • Consistently meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
    • Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce

What We’re Looking For:

    • Adaptable, personable, persistent
    • At least 1 year of professional experience, although prior sales and/or BDR experience is a plus
    • Must enjoy working with a team and collaborating on success together
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures
    • Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
    • Identify with our Core Behaviors owners, empathetic, gritty, curious, and humble

$60,000 - $60,000 a year
Level 3 $60,000 salary with potential to earn commissions $1500 +++ a month = $73 -75K average year
