We are seeking an experienced Partnerships and Integrations Specialist to join our market-leading, fast-growing, event ticketing technology company. As a Partnerships and Integrations Specialist you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between our platform and external systems, APIs, and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of API protocols and integration best practices. This role requires urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Support API integrations to connect our platform with external systems and applications.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration specifications.
Evaluate third-party APIs and SDKs to determine feasibility and suitability for integration.
Develop custom API endpoints and data mappings to ensure seamless communication between systems.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth and API keys to secure API endpoints.
Create comprehensive API documentation (integration processes, technical specifications, etc) for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide technical support and assistance to clients, partners, and internal teams during integration implementations and troubleshooting efforts.
Work closely with the Product teams to ensure customer-reported issues are properly prioritized and assigned as needed.
Take ownership of escalated JIRA tickets and troubleshoot issues until resolution, engaging any necessary teams or resources.
Work cross-functionally on process and communication improvements

Requirements:
3-5 years experience in an API, Technical Support, or Solutions Consultant role
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs  and other web service protocols
Strong understanding of SQL 
Experience with API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
$105,000 - $120,000 a year
Employees will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
