About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will be the second hire within the FP&A function, making this an exciting opportunity to build, optimize, and scale financial processes from the ground up. As a key partner to leaders across the organization, you will create data-driven insights and financial strategies that impact our company’s growth. This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to make an impact at a high-growth, technology-driven company.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a deep understanding of financial drivers and levers impacting the P&L.
    • Assist with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Create financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to drive data-informed decisions across the business.
    • Assist with month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes.
    • Support board reporting, KPI-driven business reviews, and executive leadership reports.
    • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities.
    • Identify financial trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial objectives align with business goals.
    • Take ownership of ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed.

Core Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analyses.
    • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools and business intelligence tools is a plus.
    • Experience working in a high-growth, startup, or two-sided marketplace environment is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
$115,000 - $125,000 a year
This role will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
