OVERVIEW 
We are looking for an exceptional Digital CX Manager who is customer-obsessed, has solid technical aptitude, and wants to join a Customer Experience Team tasked with ensuring every interaction with Automox ends with a happy customer. As a Digital CX Manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide product and technical expertise focusing on the customers' needs and outcomes to ensure they receive maximum value from our solution. You will work to deliver value to our customers, learn about their businesses, and drive adoption based on the customers' defined goals and objectives. 

As a critical member of our growing Digital Success team, you will have a phenomenal opportunity to build next-generation digital programs that improve customer time to value, customer experience, and employee productivity. You will utilize bots, in-app messaging, emails, webinars, online content, and more to guide our paid customers through critical moments in their journey and ensure they successfully adopt and get the most value from Automox.

The ideal candidate is a creator who is naturally curious and enjoys identifying and solving problems with an innovative approach, develops cross-functional solid working relationships, and is capable of defining and owning the creation and implementation of digital programs.

YOUR IMPACT

    • Build targeted digital campaigns, processes, and tools to effectively launch, adopt, and expand Automox usage across various customer segments, industries, and personas 
    • Contribute to a roadmap of customer touchpoints and experiences that proactively guide customers through the Automox customer journey and make it easier for our Success Managers to serve their customers
    • Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Sales to develop digital programs that drive viral adoption of our product innovations
    • Build innovative processes and tools to support effective delivery, scalability, and measurement of our digital programs
    • Leverage data and analytics to develop, lead, and measure results for GTM sales and adoption-related initiatives, programs, and campaigns
    • Optimize digital experiences to drive retention and accelerate adoption and customer value
    • Partner with data teams for controlled experimentation, advanced analysis
    • Engage with customers and respond promptly to inquiries

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

    • 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS in a customer success role
    • Experience developing digital adoption, retention, or growth marketing programs or scaled customer outreach
    • Experience building and driving digital, 1:many and 1:few programs
    • Hands-on experience leading initiatives from start to finish to deliver measurable business results and execute against key performance indicators
    • Experience shaping and creating thought leadership, including go-to-market materials, points of view, white papers, blog posts, etc.
    • Experience using data to inform strategies, measure success, segment our customer base, and experiment to optimize performance; patching or vulnerability management experience is a plus
    • Understanding of SaaS-based business models
    • Experience with in-app messaging. Exposure to Intercom is a plus.
    • Gainsight or related technology experience 
    • Experience working with marketing operations teams or marketing automation tools is a plus
    • Strong communication skills

$83,000 - $105,000 a year
Sales: Base pay is part of a rich total compensation package that includes variable pay, equity and benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.
This position will be accepting applications from 3/13 - 4/17.

LOCATION
We are a fully distributed company and have remote workers throughout the United States.
***Note: We currently don't hire in Colorado, California, Seattle area, or New York metro***
