Applied Logistics Underwriters LLC is seeking an analytical and motivated Assistant Underwriter to join our growing Logistics Insurance team. In this role, you’ll support senior underwriters in evaluating new and renewal business, ensuring accurate data capture, and helping manage a diverse and profitable portfolio. The role involves analysis, marketing and servicing clients and brokers.
This is an excellent early-career opportunity for individuals with prior insurance or logistics industry experience, and a desire to build a long-term career in underwriting. A clear path to a full Underwriter role is available based on performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Marketing, etc.
- Experience within the Insurance or Logistics Industry.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
