Aventon, a leading player in the electric bicycle and retail industry, is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system to support our finance, inventory, order processing, and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain NetSuite system, including customizations, workflows, saved searches, reporting, and integrations
    • Work cross-functionally with teams to identify and develop solutions to streamline processes in NetSuite
    • Troubleshoot issues and bugs to improve system performance and functionality
    • Create dashboards, saved searches and reports to provide business insights to stakeholders
    • Train end users on new features and optimize day-to-day use of NetSuite
    • Build, test and document new SuiteScripts, RESTlets, and other customizations to extend NetSuite functionality
    • Develop and maintain integrations with 3PL, fulfillment, and other third party systems using REST API
    • Keep current on new NetSuite functionality and make recommendations for implementation
    • Document processes, procedures, and customizations
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:

    • 3+ years experience as a NetSuite Administrator, preferably in a manufacturing/ecommerce environment
    • Strong understanding of NetSuite data structure, workflows, customizations, and integration options
    • Familiarity with SuiteScript, REST API, JavaScript, SQL, and NetSuite scripting
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
    • Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical staff
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with integration platforms, such as Celigo
    • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
    • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Jira

$90,000 - $125,000 a year
