In this role, you’ll develop and facilitate training content that focuses on professional development and onboarding for Avero employees.  You will collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure the training programs designed align with our business’ strategic initiatives and are scalable across offices and departments.  Additional responsibilities include support of initiatives that drive employee engagement and enhance Avero’s culture.    
·       Coordinate and manage a new hire’s on-boarding experience/schedule with hiring managers, schedule trainings and networking meetings to acquaint them with the Company and get them acclimated in their roles
·       Utilize 90-day new hire feedback to make recommendations and enhancements to on-boarding 
·       Evaluate overall company training needs; execute learning strategies and programs to meet those needs using scalable training content
·       Work with department leaders to assess the learning needs of each group; implement solutions with a high quality and innovative approach using multiple delivery methods, such as instructor-led, or web-based  
·       Establish training evaluation metrics to demonstrate the training is having the desired business impact
·       Analyze training metrics, collect feedback, and apply a data driven approach to continuously find ways to improve learning and development offerings
·       Lead the selection and implementation of a Learning Management System; ensure that all content is tracked and maintained in that system
·       Engage with subject matter experts throughout the organization to build a community of appropriate learning resources
·       Coordinate and own Learning and Development, “HONE” communications/marketing; serve as the main point of contact for participants, subject matter experts and any external vendors  
·       Remain current on training trends, developments and best practices
·       Assist with tracking costs associated with training/travel and ensure alignment with overall budget
·       Administer any Tuition Reimbursement/Training Assistance Programs. 
·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
·       At least 3 years of related classroom facilitation experience
·       At least 6 years of experience within Human Resources/Learning and Development 
·       Ability to create and organize training content into traditional classroom and eLearning modalities
·       Creative, motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
·       Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
·       interpersonal communication skills and cross-functional relationship building skills
·       Experience working with learning management systems
·       Ability to travel up to 20%
