As a SalesForce Administrator, you will be at the center of designing and sustaining our current CRM and Salesforce solutions. As we continue to grow, we need a hands-on developer with an admin background and a creative mind that can play a significant role in providing streamlined solutions and long-term maintenance of our system.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the advanced configuration and customization of Salesforce features such as automations, page layouts, fields, tabs, and intricate reports.
    • Build configurations and customizations on Salesforce, FinancialForce Professional Service Automation (PSA), Revenue Management, Professional Services Quote (PSQ) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) components.
    • Oversee the daily administration of the Salesforce platform, including user and data management, and system maintenance.
    • Enhance and uphold data integrity across the company by managing mass/manual data updates, merges, cleanups, and filtering.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics and insights.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancement and simplification during routine maintenance.
    • Oversee the full development life cycle, from planning and design to development, testing, and deployment.
    • Analyze complex systems integrations, data models, and workflows to troubleshoot and isolate system issues.
    • Develop proof of concepts (POC) on Salesforce and other AppExchange components and connectors
    • Perform technical fit/gap analysis on the Salesforce platform to support new initiatives and products.
    • Define and maintain coding standards and guide team members to comply with these standards.

Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of Salesforce development, configuration, and administration experience.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce Architectural best practices.
    • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Salesforce Administrator Certifications.
    • Understanding of Visual Force, Lightning Component Framework, Flow Process Builder, Apex controllers, Triggers, APIs, Governor limits, Web Services, and Batch Jobs.
    • High-level requirements gathering, ability to translate into technical specifications.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Java, HTML or CSS background preferred.
    • Experience with Conga is a plus.
