About the role:
We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Operations Manager to join our cutting-edge Marketing team! The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer, a systematic and analytical thinker that has successfully managed marketing operations functions within a fast-growing startup.
The Marketing Operations Manager will build the programs and manage the systems required to generate inbound leads. They will report on pipeline and campaign performance, measure ROI, optimize for efficiency and identify any leakage across the marketing and sales funnel.  They will be a strategic partner with the marketing team to ensure our data can provide insights to enable growth. They will be revenue minded and directly contribute to the continued growth of Aviatrix and the Marketing organization.

Where you can make an impact:
Maintain and optimize our lead management process and ensure no lead is left behind.
Create and manage an automated lead nurturing program via the use of Marketo
Work closely with the sales operations team to identify gaps in current processes and systems, focusing on the enhancement of sales and marketing productivity.
Create scalable and repeatable operational processes to improve the efficiency of demand generating programs.
Create and manage A/B testing initiatives, as well as other proactive testing strategies.
Act as the company-wide Marketo Administrator, supporting end-users as needed.

Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?
Expertise: you know marketing tools and technology. You understand the integration issues between Salesforce, Marketo and other tools and you know how to make the total greater than the sum of its parts. In other words, you've done this before.
 Approachability: you like working with people and they like working with you. You understand that critical role the marketing stack plays in other people being successful in their jobs and you want to help.
 Adaptability: you thrive in a fast-moving organization that uses light-weight process and cutting-edge technology to have a huge impact. You can deal with a changing environment as we double and triple in size
Confidence: you trust your abilities and would rather ask for forgiveness than permission.

Ideal background:
3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation and/or campaign management
Experience managing the systems that make up the marketing tech stack (Marketo, Wordpress, Google Analytics, SFDC, Drift)
Experience with account-based marketing tools a big plus
Experience with list management, lead scoring, nurturing programs, database cleansing, segmentation and targeting
Solid grasp of the marketing funnel, measurement models and targeted account-based marketing strategies
A strong commitment to teamwork
Resourceful with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
