The Opportunity:

Avodah is developing tomorrow’s technology today.  We are looking for candidates that can bring value to our products that accelerate processes through speed and innovation without sacrificing excellence.  The role of Enterprise Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing internal support of hardware, software, and SaaS applications. This role will also be a key driver in automation of productivity software, onboarding/offboarding and identity lifecycle management with SSO across SaaS and Cloud providers. This role is critical in ensuring that the organization can scale efficiently and safely with its tools while providing world-class support to employees. The ideal candidate will have a background in support with an eye towards automation. Successful candidates will be able to show visionary leadership in building and scaling a support organization in a growing and dynamic cloud-native environment.


Support Engineering

    • Provide support to employees in their day-to-day usage of productivity software, company hardware, and a variety of SaaS applications
    • Establish a standard ticketing approach to support, balancing the need for responsiveness, documentation and automation
    • Be comfortable with writing code to automate corporate engineering tasks 
    • As a subject matter expert in SSO/SCIM, champion the use and deployment of SAML/OIDC as tools of choice for access and provisioning to a variety of applications and platforms

Employee Lifecycle Management

    • Establish norms and processes for standard hardware procurement 
    • Assist new employees with onboarding tasks and device setup
    • Ensure employees can access our standard suite of software and services, and automate the experience to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
    • Automate and standardize offboarding tasks like hardware retrieval, account removal, archival and delegation of data, etc.

Software and Asset Management

    • Establish asset management practice with modern tooling
    • Ensure hardware compliance with security standards like anti-virus and firewalls
    • Partner with Technology Operations to cultivate vendor relationships with our SaaS vendors and ensure we are using internal tools to their full potential
    • Assist in compliance documentation for the purposes of SOC2, HIPAA, and other regulatory audits

$120,000 - $140,000 a year
