The Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who operates as a product, solution, and feature expert—serving as the critical link between what we build and how it’s delivered, adopted, and experienced by our customers. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to define go-to-market strategies, craft solution-oriented messaging, and position each feature—whether in development or already live—for maximum impact. You won’t just market the product; you’ll understand it from the inside out, shaping how both internal teams and the broader market perceive and realize AvodahMed’s value.
What You’ll Do
- As a product expert, you'll go beyond messaging and launches—you’ll deeply understand the features, workflows, and clinical problems our platform solves, and translate that knowledge into high-impact strategies that drive adoption and engagement.
- Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, differentiated messaging for each existing and to be developed product, solution, and feature—grounded in how clinicians actually work and what they need. You’ll act as the internal voice of the product, helping others understand why it matters.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead GTM strategy and execution for feature and solution launches. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure every release has a clear narrative, purpose, and impact.
- Product & Workflow Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of our solutions—including Ambient Scribe, partnerships, and integrations—and use this insight to bridge gaps between product functionality and customer pain points.
- Sales & Customer Success Enablement: Create materials that help frontline teams communicate like product experts—from one-pagers and playbooks to demo scripts and objection handling.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning: Act as the market-facing expert for our solutions. Track competitor offerings, industry trends, and customer feedback to continually refine positioning and identify opportunity spaces.
- Content Development: Own the narrative across mediums—crafting blogs, videos, case studies, and enablement content that elevate our value story and clarify our product differentiation.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or health tech company
- Strong storyteller who can translate technical features and solutions into customer value
- Experience launching products or features in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in authoring product specifications, including PRDs and user stories
- A strong sense of product ownership—with the ability to understand how features work, why they matter, and how they solve real customer problems
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments
Bonus Points For
- A track record of becoming a go-to internal expert on the products or solutions you’ve marketed
- Background in healthcare, EHRs, or clinical workflows
- Experience building content for both technical and non-technical audiences across the full product lifecycle
- Experience working with AI or automation products
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Figma, Slab or Linear
- Comfort working in ambiguity—navigating fast-moving product decisions with confidence and clarity
$120,000 - $150,000 a year
