Sr. Manager, Customer Acquisition and Strategic Alliances
 
In this role, you will be key contributor to our marketing team, planning and supporting the field with events, strategic partner engagement and campaigns. Your goal would be evangelizing and driving demand for Awake’s solutions and accelerating deals through the sales pipeline. 

The Sr. Manager of Customer Acquisition and Strategic Alliances owns and manages strategic marketing programs and execution for Awake Security across the U.S. This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales and Business Development leadership to:
-      Identify and target high-intent prospects
-      Prioritize, plan, evangelize, own and execute both national and regional marketing activities and events 
-      Forge strong joint go to market partnerships with key Awake Security alliance partners 
-      Develop effective in the field and digital campaigns for increasing Awake’s market share across verticals and regions.
-      Ensure Awake Security’s value proposition resonates in all our marketing initiatives and activities.
 
 
Responsibilities 
Work closely with the marketing and sales leadership team to create/implement a marketing plan in line with the corporate marketing and sales performance targets and objectives.
Own, drive, and manage marketing campaigns, programs, and event execution.
Coordinate across marketing functions such as product marketing, digital marketing and brand to launch campaigns and manage event presence.
Establish and develop relationships with alliance partners with a view towards joint go to market efforts
Create early and effective event/activity plans, including early event registrations, booth locations, and layouts, travel, shipping, and additional logistics.
Manage onsite logistics (location, promo items, appointments), acting as the primary point of contact for internal/external team.
Deliver strong event POI and ROI via sales pipeline acceleration and new lead capture against time/budget targets and key internal metrics.
Manage external contractors, vendors, and agencies for creative services, material manufacture and shipping and on-the-ground logistics.
Collate learnings from regions and campaigns and ensure we get smarter as a whole.

Qualifications 
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, start-up environment and driven to overcome obstacles to get things done.
5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or related marketing role.
Strong familiarity with sales and marketing operations, including dashboard reporting and key campaign metrics.
Effective negotiation and vendor management skills.
Experience with event organization and management.
Experience working with partners in developing joint go-to-market strategies and alliance marketing is highly desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with relevant software applications including Salesforce, Hubspot, MS Office, and other business software.
Experience with project management, particularly cross-functional projects.
Experience with marketing campaign management is highly desirable.
Some travel (30%) required.
