We are seeking a Sales Engineer who will help us grow and support our security products in the North America and is located on the West Coast. This position is a great fit for someone who is passionate about building relationships with customers, expanding our customer base and contributing to revenue growth and product success in the software security space.

Responsibilities

    • Development and delivery of product demonstrations to prospective customers
    • Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs
    • Representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
    • Supporting our partners in closing deals and developing future opportunities
    • Conveying customer requirements to Product Management
    • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
    • Pre and post sales technical support

Strongly Desired Experience

    • At least 5 years of direct experience in pre-sales, post-sales technical support as a Solutions consultant, technical account manager, sales engineer, or similar role
    • At least 2 year of experience working directly with software security technologies and solutions, ideally with enterprise customers
    • Excellent customer-facing skills and technical aptitude, ideally in network security
    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the field
