About the Role:

We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to help support and build our People Operations team. You will join Axoni at a critical point in our growth as we continue to scale our team quickly. In this role you will support both People Operations and Talent Acquisition. This is a unique, entry level opportunity for someone eager to quickly learn and grow in a fast-paced, high energy environment.

Responsibilities

    • Support the People Operations Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition in all activities related to human resources and recruitment
    • Organize and manage recruiting scheduling and applicant management in our applicant tracking system
    • Manage and schedule full interview process including the preparation of materials, scheduling of onsite visits, pre- and post-interview briefings with the Axoni team
    • Create, update, maintain, and post job descriptions
    • Organize and prepare weekly recruiting updates for hiring committee meetings
    • Provide administrative support to our employees, acting as the point-of-contact for questions related to policies and benefits
    • Assist with and manage planning and coordination of recruiting and internal events (career fairs, meetups, campus events, etc.)
    • Assist with ad-hoc events and special projects as needed
    • Assist with basic finance functions, including: accounts receivable, accounts payable, and various administrative support as needed

Requirements

    • 0 - 2 years of People Operations, HR, or Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor's degree in related field
    • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems a plus (Lever preferred)
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
