We’re Back, based in Berlin, and we’re building a new category of automation-first software to help teams like HR, IT, and Finance solve employee requests seamlessly. Our mission is to save every employee from wasting hours on repeating questions and tasks, that are holding them back from working on what really matters.

Since our launch, we’ve worked with some of the best people-centric teams in the world, won the HR innovation award 2020, and were named one of the 10 exceptionally promising German startups to watch in 2021. 

To make sure we can continue to hire the fitting talent to deliver on our promise, we are looking for a Recruiter. As one of our first operations hires, you will join our People team and take over key responsibilities in growing our team.

This position is based in our HQ in Berlin-Kreuzberg, but remote for now. 

What you’ll be doing

    • Identify excellent candidates fitting our values and requirements
    • Ensure we deliver an exceptional experience for every candidate
    • Create new ways to attract outstanding and diverse candidates
    • Constantly push to improve our hiring process and quality

Who we’re looking for

    • You’re a natural connector obsessed by candidate experience
    • Your friends describe you as an ambitious, self-driven individual with can-do mindset
    • You come with your own vision about a Talent Acquisition
    • Experience about the talent acquisition process and toolkit in early-stage technology companies, but curious about extending it constantly
    • Fluent, ideally native, English communication skills (no German required)
