The Seller Success Operations team’s mission is to enable seller-facing teams to focus on high-value tasks and meet their business and quality targets. We equip the Seller Success team with the incentives, tools, processes & resources to help them get their job done effectively and lead initiatives and automation that directly drive seller action at scale.

As a Sales Operations Apprentice, you will manage the Seller lifecycle at Back Market and your goal is to help ensure we have the right companies successfully selling refurbished tech on the platform.

Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🚀

    • Maintain, optimize, troubleshoot and test automated emails and processes on our CRM, Salesforce 
    • Monitor the lifecycle and identify opportunities to improve seller success and assist Product, Business and Operations teams to deliver projects to capture growth (lead generation, seller registrations & onboarding, inactivity, exits)
    • Implement and monitor the efficiency of the automated email campaign to sellers during their lifecycle, deliver recommendations and drive improvements (edit, creation, project with Salesforce)
    • Deliver qualitative and quantitative insights on the performance of the seller emails and recommendations to improve (data analysis and business reportings)
    • Assist the Seller Success Operations team in creating and scheduling seller communications using our emailing solution Pardot – and explore other emailing solutions in the market

You’re At The Right Place If: 🌟

    • Looking for a 12-month apprenticeship (Master's Degree)
    • English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability). If you’re extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you!
    • Previous internship in Operations, Sales, Growth, or Marketing is preferred
    • You are interested in the e-commerce, marketplace, or retail environment in Europe.
    • Prior experience with a CRM and marketing automation solutions is a big plus!
    • You are data-driven and can run analysis and build business insights from data with excel/Gsheet 
    • You are organized and structured, you pay attention to details and have a lot of drive with a can-do / will-do attitude

About this apprenticeship: ⚡️

    • Starting date: September/ October, 2024
    • Duration: 1 year contract for your last year of Master (or 2 years contract for your full Master’s program)
    • Location : Bordeaux, France
    • MANDATORY: You must be enrolled in a French student program providing an apprenticeship contract (“contrat d’alternance”) and be authorized to study/work in France.
