We're offering a fantastic career opportunity for a Senior Recruiter to join our New York office and help build out our Talent Acquisition team stateside. So, if you’ve got a knack for sourcing high-quality candidates in a challenging environment and a genuine desire to build a first-class TA machine, we'd love to hear from you.
- Autonomously manage the Talent Acquisition target of the US office
- Relentlessly chase the best candidates and go the extra mile to close the deal!
- Keep track of and optimize relevant recruiting channels, report data-driven key metrics, and continuously improve our hiring strategy
- Educate business leaders and hiring managers on processes, interview best practices, and decision making
- Help support the US team in their onboarding processes
- Share, learn, and work hand-to-hand with the People Team to generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business
This is for you if you have:
- 5 years experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment, including tech, and scaling up hiring in an organization
- Experience in developing strategic and tactical sourcing plans for recruiting needs
- Strong skills in relationship building with candidates and hiring managers
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously
- A team player attitude and are able to work towards a common goal
