- Manage autonomously the Talent Acquisition target of the US office
- Chase relentlessly the best candidates for the jobs you own, and go the extra mile to close the deal!
- Keep track of and optimise relevant recruiting channels, report data driven key metrics and continuously improve our hiring strategy
- Educate business leaders and hiring managers on processes, interview best practices and decision making
- Manage the onboarding process for newcomers and support the US team in their HR processes
- Help design and manage Back Market US compensation and benefits programs
- Share, learn and work hand-to-hand with the People Team to generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business
This is for you if you have:
- 5 years experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment including tech and scaling up hiring in an organisation
- Experience in developing strategic and tactical sourcing plans for recruiting needs
- Skilled at building relationships with candidates and with hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring across our companies
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously
- A great team player able to work in a team for a common goal
