About the job
Back Market is looking for our next Talent Acquisition expert to join a team of 5 dedicated Tech recruiters in our mission to scale the Bureau Of Technology from 140 to 250 people in 2021. Your focus will be on senior Tech and top management candidates, mostly in Europe. International growth, improving efficiency and hiring top candidates will be at the core of everything you do.
What you will be doing (not limited to)
- Relentlessly chase the best candidates and go the extra mile to close the deal!
- Keep track of and optimize relevant recruiting channels, report data-driven key metrics, and continuously improve our hiring strategy
- Educate technical leaders and hiring managers on processes, interview best practices, and decision making
- Help & support the TA team in all recruitment related projects (branding, processes, tooling, etc.)
- Share, learn, and work hand-to-hand with the People Team to generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business
What you will bring to the team
- Extensive experience in hiring top talent abroad in a Tech first & scaling company
- Skilled at developing hiring strategies in an international environment
- Curiosity, proactivity, team spirit and passion
- Great verbal and written communication skills, Fluent in English
- Passion and knowledge for tech & product people
- A great team player and a good sense of humor
